How do I make a purchase?

Place the item you wish to purchase into your shopping cart by clicking ‘Add to Cart’. You will automatically be redirected to the cart page, and when you are ready, click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. You will then be redirected to the checkout page where you must fill out your billing details and if we need to deliver the item to a different address than your billing address. Once you complete the required information, click the yellow โ€œPayPalโ€ to place your order. If you wish to pay another way, please get in touch with us, and we can help with bank transfers.

For any questions, feel free to contact us at info@macspottery.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once payment is made and received, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order.

May I return the product?

Please make your selections carefully, as all purchases are considered final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for items due to a change of mind.

Do you offer gift-wrapping services?

We can gift wrap if needed. But we suggest that if you buy it as a present, you check it before giving it away.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping to only NZ, but we welcome enquiries if you would like a shipping quote elsewhere. Please email your order, delivery address and contact number to info@macspottery.com.

Please find more shipping information on our Shipping and Returns page.

Are the products dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe?

Although our pottery items are very durable, we recommend hand washing only. Yes, our pottery is safe to use in domestic dishwashers. To prevent heat-shock risks, this is when pottery is exposed to sudden changes in temperature which may cause the piece to crack; we do not recommend using our items in microwaves or ovens.
