Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. However, please be aware that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

New Zealand – We have a shipping fee based on the product weight.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

We take absolute care in ensuring that all items leave our studio in good condition. Each item is packaged carefully. However, unexpected things may happen during transit.

Checking for breakages or damage

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly inspect the item for any breakages or damage that may have occurred during transit.

Reporting damaged items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us via email within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the broken item and its packaging. We will promptly review the information and contact you to discuss the next steps.
